Returns

If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to return

Email hello@apex-vintage.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Our products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, so returns go back to the partner that shipped your order. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent to any other address can't be processed.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and checked. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping. You won't need to send the item back.
